One Minute Exercise Follow-up

This is a follow-up to the one minute exercise experiment. The idea was to exercise for one minute and one minute only every 10 minutes for 8 hours. It did seem to have an effect; my muscles were a little sore, so it seems to me that something like this would be effective. One Minute Exercises

Well, this is just an experiment, but anything that will change up the routine now and then can’t be bad.

You may have heard of interval training, where you do short bursts of intense exercise, followed by a short rest. I’ve decided to experiment and take that to the extreme level. What if you did micro bursts of intense exercise throughout the day? Would you get the same benefits as a standard 45 minute to an hour exercise session? Here’s how it works, and although it may look a little strange at work, the point is to see if it would be effective at all. I’ll just choose some random exercises to give you an idea.
